Group Marketing Manager

Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well‑established client in the hospitality sector for an experienced and commercially driven Group Marketing Manager. This role is based in Woodstock, Cape Town, and hospitality marketing experience will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities
    >Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy encompassing all products and services within the portfolio.
  • Align marketing objectives with broader business goals to drive sustainable growth and increased market share.
Agency Management
  • Manage and oversee relationships with external marketing agencies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and brand standards.
  • Negotiate contracts, define clear deliverables, and monitor agency performance against agreed metrics.
Operational Efficiency
  • Apply an operational mindset to streamline marketing processes and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Implement best practices in project management, process optimisation, and resource utilisation.
Budget Management
  • Develop, manage, and control the marketing budget across the portfolio.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Track expenditure and report on financial performance.
Campaign Planning and Execution
