Kendrick Recruitment is currently recruiting for a luxury hotel collection based in Cape Town. Our client is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, revenue growth, and memorable guest experiences through innovative marketing strategies.

Role and Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing activities, both online and offline, and contribute to the overall success of the company. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop, maintain, and execute an annual marketing strategy and budget
  • Ensure all financial processes for the marketing department are followed and budgets adhered to
  • Set measurable marketing objectives and targets to drive revenue growth and strengthen brand positioning
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies
  • Coordinate marketing activities with sales efforts to maximise effectiveness
Digital Marketing
  • Oversee the group’s online presence, including websites, social media, and online advertising
  • Collaborate with third‑party suppliers to execute effective digital marketing campaigns
  • Monitor website traffic, online bookings, and key digital metrics
  • Implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and manage online reputation
  • Maintain paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms to drive direct business
Content Creation & Brand Custodianship
  • Develop engaging and on‑brand content for websites, social media, emails, and blogs
  • Write compelling copy for advertisements, promotional materials, and marketing collateral
  • Collaborate with designers and team members to produce multimedia content
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all platforms
Visual Content & Graphic Design
  • Guide the creation of visual assets, including graphics, videos, and infographics
  • Oversee development of branding materials such as brochures, signage, and logos
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a professional image
Public Relations
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with media, bloggers, and influencers

Requirements
