Queenstown Central Shopping Centre is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead dynamic campaigns, exciting events, and build strong community engagement. This is a part-time role (30 hours per week) and is based on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that elevates Queenstown Central’s profile as the region’s premier food and fashion destination.
  • Lead all marketing activities, including campaigns, events, digital strategy, PR, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Deliver seasonal promotions, food-focused activations, fashion showcases, and community events that drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Manage the marketing budget with creativity and accountability.
  • Collaborate with design and social media agencies to create compelling content that reflects our brand.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, customers, and local community partners.
  • Stay connected with marketing professionals across NZ to share insights and best practices.
  • Contribute to budgeting, reporting, and long-term planning for the Centre.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing (or similar).
  • 3+ years of successful marketing experience, ideally in retail.
