Job summary
A leading automotive company seeks an Automotive Regional HR Manager (Black Females) in Pretoria. The role requires at least 7 years of HR experience in a unionized environment, a relevant HR degree plus an MBA or financial qualification. Responsibilities include budget compilation, staff development, and ensuring legal compliance with POPIA. A driver’s license and sound knowledge of HR legislation are also required.
Qualifications
- 7 years of HR experience in a Unionized HR environment.
- Experience in Transport/Motor/Passenger Bus Industry.
- Driver’s License is required.
Responsibilities
- Compile the HR department budget according to HR standards.
- Conduct research and develop short- and medium-term HR plans.
- Coordinate training and development of staff.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure legal compliance, especially with POPIA.
