Job summary

A leading automotive company seeks an Automotive Regional HR Manager (Black Females) in Pretoria. The role requires at least 7 years of HR experience in a unionized environment, a relevant HR degree plus an MBA or financial qualification. Qualifications

• 7 years of HR experience in a Unionized HR environment.
• Experience in Transport/Motor/Passenger Bus Industry.
• Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Compile the HR department budget according to HR standards.
• Conduct research and develop short- and medium-term HR plans.
• Coordinate training and development of staff.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure legal compliance, especially with POPIA.
