The General Manager is responsible for cultivating and leading a customer-focused, sales driven, profitable and productive top volume Pacsun store. The General Manager owns all aspects of the in-store presentation, selling and operation functions of the store, and must appropriately delegate divisions of responsibility within the store and follow up on all areas of the business consistently.
The GM leads the team by exhibiting passion for product, brands, fashion and trends. The GM is responsible and accountable for providing a rewarding associate experience and consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.
