About the Role:
As the Key Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value corporate clients. Your role will involve managing relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. You will also act as a strategic partner between internal teams and clients.
- Develop and maintain trusted client relationships
- Serve as the lead contact for all key accounts
- Oversee the successful delivery of solutions and services to clients
- Drive retention and growth through excellent service and strategic upselling
- Resolve client issues efficiently and maintain high client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal departments to align service delivery with client expectations
- Monitor performance and report on account metrics and feedback
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Key Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or similar role
- Experience within a corporate services, HR, financial services, or employee solutions environment is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Matric (essential); a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
