Role Description

This is a full‑time remote role for a Growth & Partnerships Coordinator. The individual will work to develop and maintain strategic partnerships while actively driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with key partners, managing collaborative projects, supporting sales processes, and assisting with communication efforts to foster engagement and growth with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Partnerships, Strategic Partnerships, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency to connect with both internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in Project Management, ensuring timely and efficient collaboration and execution of initiatives.
  • Experience in Sales with a focus on client acquisition, revenue generation, and business growth strategies.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Understanding of SaaS or HR‑related industries is a plus.
