THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an opportunity for an experienced Quick‑Service Restaurant (QSR) Assistant Manager to join our team.

The purpose of this role is to assume secondary accountability and responsibility, fully supporting the Branch Manager, in running a profitable quick-service restaurant. This includes achieving and/or exceeding sales targets, ensuring adequate staffing with competent staff, serving high-quality products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiencies in accordance with company policies and procedures through effective team management.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Grade 12 with 2 years experience in a similar management role.
  • A tertiary qualification is desirable.
  • Experience in a supervisory capacity in a Quick‑Service Restaurant (QSR).
