About the Role

Responsible for employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development.

Directly reports to the HR Manager.

What You Will Do
  • Support and act as point of contact on HR topics for employees and line managers.
  • Talent acquisition across different levels.
  • Provide advice, support and execute activities on employee compliance with legal requirements.
  • Deliver guidance on policies and procedures to employees and line management.
  • Provide expert knowledge and support for legislated authorization bodies.

  • Contribute to process delivery and improve HR information system.
  • Provide professional HR support in operational/administrative issues.
  • Participate in projects and contribute to a service culture to fulfill SLA with stakeholders.
Requirements
