You are
  • Holder of a degree (preferred) or diploma in Human Resources from a recognized education institution.
  • Caring and attentive, with diplomacy in your interactions.
  • Discreet, able to manage confidential information professionally.
  • Rigorous and organized, mastering office tools (Excel) for managing daily tasks.
You will
  • Assist the HR Manager in personnel management and in applying social regulations in the Resort.
  • Ensure accurate control of working hours: overtime, absenteeism, and schedules.
  • Update mandatory registers according to the country’s legal requirements.
  • Handle administrative HR activities: managing individual employee files, processing obligatory declarations, and responding to staff requests.
  • Check the necessary information for payroll processing: absences, sick leaves, schedules.
  • Maintain and update HR data in the HRIS (Workday).
