A leading healthcare provider in Durban is seeking a Confirmations Clerk to manage the confirmations and authorisations process at the front of the hospital. This role demands excellent communication skills and a minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience, particularly in dealing with medical aids. Responsibilities include liaising with patients and medical aids, ensuring accurate admissions, and managing deposits. The position requires working shifts and knowledge of hospital systems. CONFIRMATIONS CLERK – x1
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the full confirmations and authorisations process at the front of hospital. This includes liaison with medical aids, internal teams, and patients to ensure accurate admissions, authorisations, deposits, and billing readiness.
