A national banknote producer is looking for a dedicated Sustainability Officer in Gauteng. The role entails managing the company's sustainability program, reducing its carbon footprint, and providing data analytics and reporting on sustainability initiatives. Ideal candidates should possess a diploma or degree in a related field and have at least one year of relevant experience in sustainability or environmental management. Knowledge of ISO 14001 and strong analytical skills are highly valued.
The Sustainability Officer is responsible to assist in maintaining a comprehensive sustainability programme to reduce SABN’s Carbon Footprint; the implementation of the sustainability strategy, data analytics, reporting and the communication of sustainability trends within the SABN in order to drive continuous improvement.
