- Lead and manage the Sales Department to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Oversee the customer journey from enquiry through delivery, ensuring an exceptional level of service and communication.
- Collaborate closely with other departments within the company to align sales activities with operational capabilities.
- Produce accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses for senior management.
- Coach, mentor, and manage the performance of the sales team to maintain a high-performance culture.
- Experienced pilot with a strong understanding of general aviation and light sport aircraft.
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Process-driven with the ability to design, implement, and optimise sales workflows and customer pipelines.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation, reporting, and customer communication.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a diverse sales team.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Senior Sales role, ideally within aviation, manufacturing, or high-value technical products.

- Experience in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Good knowledge of the aviation industry or studying towards pilots license is essential.
