This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to business expansion through new client acquisition, strategic relationship management, and the execution of market growth initiatives.

Description
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with direct clients and key introducers to ensure long-term engagement and retention.
  • Sales & Business Development: Actively prospect, canvass, and execute strategies to acquire new business, including corporate and direct clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Track industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and identify opportunities.
  • Onboarding & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal processes and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing: Participate in training programmes and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organisation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the organisation at industry events, strengthen key relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Use CRM tools to track performance, monitor pipelines, and report progress to support strategy refinement.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within financial services, treasury solutions, or related sectors.
  • Experience working with corporate clients, direct clients, and key introducers.
  • Relevant financial or business qualification (advantageous).
