Responsibilities
  • Work in a team, formulate sales plans and execute them within a high‑energy and positive work environment.
  • Seek out new business on a consistent basis using all available sales‑prospecting tools.
  • Meet high‑end clients, leading to personal growth and improved networks.
  • Close deals from medium to very high value.
  • Continuously improve knowledge about trade, the economy, business and relevant sectors.
  • Enjoy your work while maintaining a serious professional approach.
Qualifications
  • Matric; tertiary qualification preferable.
  • MUST be well presented.
  • Sales experience in a luxury goods retail environment advantageous.
  • Identify with gold as a product and be passionate and knowledgeable about this commodity.
  • Strong sales record.
  • Comfortable selling high‑value products and handling invoices up to R1 M.
  • Comfortable dealing with mid‑to‑rich clientele.
  • Smart, able to understand basic economic and trade indicators/concepts.
  • Personable, able to build relationships quickly and deeply.
  • Proven record in relationship selling capability.
  • Proven track record in finding new business and/or building a strong network of high‑net‑worth individuals.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends.
  • Proven initiative and high‑energy, go‑getter personality.
