Position : Junior Client Account Executive

Office location : Johannesburg (Bedfordview)

Job Description

The position will be an Internal Business Development Executive; it will entail making contact with all online leads that come into the lead queue from our pay per click campaign. You will also be required to perform administrative functions to assist with the on-boarding of clients. An extensive knowledge of lead and sales processes will enable you to sell the value proposition and pursue qualified leads to our registration portal. You will be required to have a confident and articulate telephonic skill and to make approximately 50 – 70 phone calls a day, as well as send numerous emails communicating with our clients throughout the world. You would require an above average verbal and written communication in English; Afrikaans will be an added advantage. The applicant would need to be a quick learner, team player, fit into a busy working environment and be target driven. The applicant must be well groomed and be of sober habits.

The applicant will be joining a corporate company and therefore will need to conform to the company’s business ethos and code of conduct.

Education, Experience and Skills
  • A matriculation (at minimum)
  • Work experience at least 1 year within financial services industry
  • Telephonic client sales experience
  • Administrative acumen
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Salesforce (advantageous)
  • FAIS RE5 (within the first 3 months, if not already obtained)
  • Basic Monthly Salary + commission based on KPI's
