- Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of breakfast food trends
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Food Hygiene Certificate
- Experience working in a hotel or restaurant setting
You will be working in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, standing for extended periods and may be required to work early morning shifts. Weekend and holiday work may be necessary.
