You'll be the key driver of sustainable growth, operational performance, and product excellence.Required QualificationsA related degree within Operations Management.Required ExperienceMinimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the poultry processing or FMCG industry.Proven track record of leadership in driving operational excellence and achieving business results.Strong understanding of high-through-put production processes, poultry experience will be an added advantage.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Financial analytics and business acumen.ResponsibilitiesOperational Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives to drive growth and profitability.Production Management : Oversee all aspects of poultry processing, from intake of live birds through the processing cycle up until the dispatch of the final product.To ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
