This role is an internship opportunity.

1. Participate in a structured programme and be placed in Operations.
2. Receive coaching and mentorship from your Line Managers throughout the programme.
3. Assist in generating or selling value, depending on departmental placement.
4. Participate in scheduled classroom and portfolio evidence sessions with the training provider.
5. Provide monthly programme feedback to your Line Manager and Programme Coordinator.

• Permanent Resident of South Africa.
• N6 qualification in HR / Personnel Management, Finance / Accounting, or IT.
• Age between 18-29.
• Fluent in English.
• Learners to be placed in the following qualification: NQF 4 Business Administration.
