Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in South Africa is looking for a Business Analyst to lead discussions with stakeholders and validate business requirements. You will document processes and recommend technology solutions while translating requirements into Jira tickets. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science, completes or pursues Business System Analysis, and has 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in technical tools and strong communication skills are essential.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years' experience in a Business Analyst role, especially in technology projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead discussions with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.
- Communicate technical and functional solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Document business processes and functional/technical specifications.
- Recommend cost-effective technology solutions aligned with business needs.
- Translate requirements into actionable Jira tickets for the development team.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage issue tracking.
