Key Responsibilities
- Analyse, maintain, and support enterprise applications and business systems across the property management and development portfolio.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and document system requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal IT teams or external vendors.
- Conduct system upgrades, patch management, and configuration changes with minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation and rollout of new applications, including testing, training, and user support.
- Support data integrity, migration, and integration between systems using APIs, ETL tools, or scripting.
- Ensure applications meet compliance, security, and performance standards.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated enterprise system issues.
- Configure systems access to optimize controls and security.
- Collaborate with project teams to implement new systems and updates, testing internal processes and procedures.
- Deliver system training and review current systems, forms, and procedures to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention.
- Assist the Systems Manager in ensuring internal controls are effective, measured, and improved.
- Collaborate with managers to develop internal and external management reports.
- Liaise with external stakeholders and system developers as needed.
Requirements
- Degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting, or IT.
- 3+ years’ experience in IT systems or application analysis/support, preferably in property or enterprise environments.
- Experience with enterprise applications, ERP systems, and accounting systems.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL), reporting tools, and integration tools.
- Experience working in both project and BAU environments.

- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of IT applications, systems development, and industry best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting demands.
- Scripting or programming experience is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality systems support.
