Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discussions with stakeholders to gather, understand, and validate business requirements.

  • Obtain approval/sign-off on documented workflows and specifications.
  • Identify, analyze, and propose solutions for business problems.
  • Document business processes and functional/technical specifications.
  • Recommend cost-effective technology solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Translate requirements into actionable Jira tickets for the development team.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage issue tracking.
  • Provide 3rd-level technical support and perform root cause analysis for live projects.
  • Ensure technology solutions meet organizational quality standards.
  • Monitor project risks and provide proactive solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and approval processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation using proper formatting, UK English grammar, and punctuation.
  • Track time in Jira/Tempo with correct project code allocation.
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
