Acumen Group is currently seeking a CA(SA) with expertise in reinsurance to join our team fully remotely.
- Strategize and implement user acceptance test procedures.
- Provide assistance for all areas related to the Workday ERP implementation.
- Analyse quarterly financial statement information, prepare variance analyses, financial reporting quarterly tasks.
- Liaise across various functions and jurisdictions to ensure all stakeholders are properly considered.
- Liaise with counterparts in other jurisdictions to achieve alignment on approach and progress.
- Assist in providing regular project updates and communications to wider teams.
- Support finance teams quarterly reporting processes by performing system reconciliations, general ledger analysis, group reporting disclosures, outwards reinsurance and capital solutions reporting and regulatory reporting inputs as necessary.
- Assist on segment wide IT initiatives affecting finance i.e. Changes to policy administration system, data warehouse, etc.
- Participate in ad-hoc work as required.
- Data analytics and change management.
