Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in the same or similar position.
• Preferably Mercedes-Benz certified Service Advisor.
• Knowledge of motor industry preferable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating workflow in the service department.
• Updating service customers on all service bookings.
• Responsible for maintenance of customer service to agreed standards.
• Ensure effective daily planning and management of WIP.
• Responsible for pre-costing and invoicing of vehicles.
