A well-established organisation based in Aeroton, Johannesburg is seeking a Creditors & Procurement Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable and procurement, who can work closely with suppliers, the warehouse team, and finance to ensure accurate payments, reconciliations, and timely purchasing. The position requires strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and a detail-oriented approach.

1. Matric (Grade 12) plus a diploma or equivalent experience in Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain
2. 1–3 years’ experience in creditors and/or procurement
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
4. Experience with accounting systems such as Pastel, SAP, or Xero
5. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
6. Ability to negotiate pricing and manage supplier relationships
7. Experience working with purchase orders and inventory coordination

1. Process supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time
2. Perform creditor reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
3. Maintain updated supplier accounts in line with agreed terms

1. Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing
2. Raise and manage purchase orders to ensure sufficient stock levels
3. Coordinate with warehouse and suppliers to track deliveries
4. Maintain supplier records and ensure contracts and agreements are up to date

1. Collaborate with the financial manager to align payments and purchasing
2. Ensure accurate and timely matching of supplier deliveries to purchase orders
