A professional services company is looking for a Creditors Clerk in Centurion. The successful candidate will manage Accounts Payable functions, ensure timely invoice capturing, and handle payment requests. A diploma in Accounting and proficiency in Excel are essential. Acumatica experience will be beneficial. The role offers a salary between R18 000 and R22 000 per month.
Formación
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting is required.
- Experience with Acumatica is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential.

- Timely capturing of invoices.
- Creating Payment Requests.

- Loading payments on banks
- Sending remittances and proof of payments
- Reconciling Vendor Accounts in Acumatica
- Age Analysis
- Process client refunds
- Reconciling and payment of Debit Cards
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting
- Acumatica experience beneficial
- Motor industry experience beneficial
- Proficient in Excel (essential)
Salary: CTC R18 000 – R22 000 per month.
