Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience managing marketing programs with measurable success – 10+ years in Field Marketing roles.
  • Experience in high technology B2B enterprise software field marketing required; SaaS/on‑demand software experience highly desired.
  • Proven experience managing marketing programs with measurable success – 10+ years in Field Marketing roles.
  • Experienced in Account Based Marketing techniques and demonstrable ability to work with global cross‑functional commercial teams to develop ABM programmes for key accounts.
  • Proven ability to think “big picture”; and use both traditional and modern marketing tactics to design effective programs.
  • Splash, CRM (Salesforce.com) and Marketing Automation (Marketo) experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify ROI of marketing programs.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A hands‑on approach – willing to roll up sleeves and make things happen.
