Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Understand clients’ hiring needs and match them with suitable candidates
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit
• Provide timely updates and excellent service to both clients and candidates
• Meet agreed targets and contribute to the company’s overall success

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven
• Ability to manage time effectively and work remotely
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and job portals is an advantage
