Job summary
A luxury hospitality group in Singapore is seeking a professional to oversee outlet and bar operations. This role requires maximizing profitability, ensuring service quality, and managing staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position and strong leadership skills. This position offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in the same capacity.
Responsibilities
- Maximize profitability of the outlet and bar by increasing turnover.
- Ensure all operating standards comply with hotel's policies.
- Plan and implement effective sales and promotional activities.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback.
- Be accountable for beverage inventory.
- Prepare monthly breakages.
- Plan and conduct OJT for associates.
- Handle outlet manpower deployment and grievances.
Skills
Responsible for the Outlet and bar operations ensuring profitability, food and service quality are adhered to in accordance with the Hotel's standards.

- Handle guest complaint or feedback.
- Be accountable for the beverage inventory.

- Handle outlet manpower deployment, recruitment, welfare, staff grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Familiar with bar operations.
- Minimum 5 years experience in same capacity.
