A leading semiconductor solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to oversee and manage supply chain operations for new product development projects. The role includes strategic planning, supplier management, cross-functional collaboration, and risk management. Candidates must have a degree in supply chain management or engineering and 8 years of relevant experience, including leadership in project management. This position requires effective communication skills and a willingness to travel as needed.
The Strategic Sourcing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the supply chain operations for NPD projects. This key function functions within the Global Supply Chain organization that reports to Strategic Sourcing and Critical Projects department. This role involves strategic planning, coordination, and execution of supply chain activities to ensure the successful development and launch of new products. Develops governance as a center of excellence for project management and he/she has a strong overview of all ongoing projects and strategically develops mid and long-term execution plans. He/ She plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing the supply chain to support the successful development and launch of new products.
