- Strong artistic ability for creative and detailed cake and dessert decorating.
- Proficiency in advanced techniques like tempering chocolate, making laminated doughs, and creating plated desserts.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles and food safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays.
