A prestigious hotel in Singapore is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to manage the Pastry Kitchen as an independent profit center. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience, ideally in luxury international brands, and must possess a professional diploma in Food Production with a pastry specialization. Strong operational and administrative skills, alongside creativity and knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices, are essential. This role is focused on delivering maximum guest satisfaction in line with brand standards.
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Pastry Chef is responsible to manage the Pastry Kitchen as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration.
