Job description

Support the daily operations of the branch and other branches (if resources are limited) to ensure smooth functioning, including:

  • Verifying customer identification and ensuring proper authorization and documentation for transactions
  • Handling cash management tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all transactions
  • Performing activities as prescribed in the Branch Operational Manual
  • Collaborating with branch staff and sales teams to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service
  • Assisting the Branch Operations Manager in maintaining branch equipment (e.g., cash counting machines, ATMs, security systems) and facilities

Customer Service Management

  • Greeting and assisting customers with inquiries and transactions
  • Providing accurate information about products and services offered by RHB
  • Supporting the implementation of customer service initiatives within the branch
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service quality and consistency by adhering to retail banking service and operational guidelines, and effectively using customer service tools and technologies

Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management protocols, and internal bank procedures within the branch
