Netpoleon Solutions has offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, India, Australia and New Zealand, with its parent Company based in Japan.

We are now inviting individuals to join the Singapore office. Candidates should be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to support daily operational activities effectively. If you have these qualities, you will embark on an exciting career together with us to pursue our strategic expansion.

Primary Functions:
  • Handle order fulfilment and processing of orders
  • Prepare sales and insurance documents
  • Generate POS and other reports
  • Monitor order and shipping status for incoming shipments
  • Preparing shipping documents
  • Inventory & Contract Management
  • Liaise with overseas departments
Requirements:
  • Diploma
  • Good Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
  • Highly organised, meticulous and possesses positive working attitude
  • Able to remain focused whilst handling multiple tasks
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision
  • Able to commit to work immediately or within short notice period will be an added advantage
Other Information:
  • Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday*
  • Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experiences

*You may be required to work after office hours due to the requirements of the industry sector that the Company is in.
