Description

This is one of the largest oils & gas company in the world and is involved in the production and distribution of petroleum products. An exciting opportunity has opened for an LPG Operations Executive to join a high-performing trading desk based in Singapore.

Responsibilities
  • Report to the Head of LPG; work closely with traders to ensure the smooth execution of cargo operations.
  • Accurately and promptly communicate cargo nominations to all relevant parties to prevent delays or miscommunications.
  • Coordinate with terminals and counterparties to ensure product loadings occur on schedule and in line with contractual agreements.
  • Review and counter contracts based on detailed deal recaps to ensure alignment with agreed terms.
  • Understand trade finance and billing processes to ensure accurate and timely execution.
  • Maintain and update operational data in internal systems to support accurate analysis and reporting.
Requirements
  • Degree in Maritime Studies or related discipline, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in LPG operations.
  • Strong understanding of cargo operations, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
