Our client is a well-established company specialised in private home, commercial lifts and escalators.
Responsibilities
Tender Management (Primary Role – 70%)
- Monitor and identify relevant public and private sector lift-related tenders
- Review tender documents and assess project requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, legal) to gather required information
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender proposals within deadlines
- Ensure compliance with tender specifications and company policies
Contract Support (Secondary Role – 30%)
- Assist the Contract Executive in preparing proposals for lift renewal, issue Defect Liability Period Contract, and maintenance takeover (MTO) jobs
- Support in documentation, quotation preparation, and coordination with vendors or internal teams
- Help schedule and coordinate site surveys, inspections, and technical meetings
- Follow up on contract renewals, progress updates, and client correspondence
Requirements
- Preferably with Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
- Min 2 years of tender preparation, contracts, or sales support experience in Lift / Construction/ Building Automation/ Commercial & Industrial industry
- Strong organizational, administrative and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
