Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage the functional mailbox emails and service requests and assign them to Relationship Officers in a timely manner.
2. Attend to all administrative matters including putting up systems access, procurement matters, managing IT issues for staff, clear daily snail mails, oversee the office environment,
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel to Prepare daily, monthly and yearly reports for management on a timely manner
4. Arrange daily out going mails and batch all documents to Operations dept and other departments
5.Coordinate or assist to organize Recreational activities for the team
6. Any Ad hoc admin duties
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in general office administration and clerical duties.
Proficient in MS Office such as Excel and Pivot table is a must to generate and present timely management reports
Experience or willingness to assist in organizing team bonding or recreational activities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize daily responsibilities under minimal supervision.
