A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to oversee day-to-day HR and administrative operations. The successful candidate will improve employee experience, manage finance-related support, and coordinate HR projects. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Business Administration, at least 7 years of HR experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the Workday system and ability to converse in Korean are advantageous.

This role will be responsible for the day to day HR & Administrative operations of the our R&D business entity in Singapore. Incumbent will serves as a trusted partner and advisor to both our employees & Management, will work closely with the extended teams from HR, Finance and shared services team to support the organization. This role reports to Function Leads and will have 2 members that is directly responsible for Office Administration and IT reporting to the incumbent.
