We are looking for a meticulous Accounts & Admin Assistant (Accounts Payable) to support our finance and administrative functions in the construction industry.

The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and familiar with construction-related accounting and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle accounts payables, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
  • Assist in progress claims, variation orders, and project cost tracking
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly closing
  • Support ordering of materials and stock, procurement, supplier management, and inventory tracking
  • Ensure proper documentation of contracts, purchase orders, and safety records
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies
  • Handle general office administration and ad-hoc tasks
  • Financial schedule and support Audit process

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in construction or related industries preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero)
  • Knowledge of BCA guidelines, MOM regulations, and industry-related compliance is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
