Job description
The Role
  • Assist with customer queries and customer relations, acting as a contact point for customers, via phone, email and social
  • General office management and implementation of administration process improvements
  • Schedule deliveries and drivers, and help to prepare flowers/gifts for delivery
  • Assist to transport flowers down to loading bay for delivery
  • Inventory management
  • Procurementof supplies and inventory
  • Liaise with maintenance contractors

  • Cheerful, positive disposition and a team player
  • Highly reliable with adherence to deadlines
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Independent and able to show initiative
  • A desire to deliver an awesome experience to clients
  • Able to lift flower arrangements (not only a desk job)
  • High work standards
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Mandarin speaking/writing an advantage (clients/suppliers may only speak Mandarin)
  • Proficient in Excel/Word
  • Eligible to work without a work pass
