Objectives
  • To provide efficient, organized, and administrative support for the organization
  • Key duties include office administration, travel arrangements, events planning & catering, managing inventory and supplies, handling phone duties, etc
Job Descriptions
  • Manage incoming calls and direct to intended recipients
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and pricing for supplies and services
  • Collect and distribute incoming mails
  • Coordinate and oversee all travel arrangements, covering flight and accommodation bookings, data roaming, and other logistical needs
  • Handle and attend to courier services
  • Support corporate events logistics where necessary
  • Monitoring and replenishment of office supplies
  • Oversee and coordinate tenancy-related activities such as housing, maintenance follow-ups, and apartment handovers to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned
Job Requirements
  • PR/Singaporean Only
  • Possess at least a Diploma education in any relevant area
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel etc
  • Meticulous, systematic and organised
