What you’ll do
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive high-impact campaigns and brand growth in Singapore. In this role, you will lead strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement and market share, contributing to Owndays’ continued expansion and success.
Responsibilities
Lead marketing efforts in Singapore, overseeing omnichannel branding, digital initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement through paid advertising, content marketing, social media, creator partnerships.
Leverage insights and market research to identify consumer needs, industry trends and commercial opportunities that drive business growth.
Define key performance indicators and utilise analytics to measure, optimise and enhance marketing effectiveness.
Manage the marketing budget, track campaign performance and ensure spending delivers positive ROI.
Create, curate and optimise content to strengthen brand presence and accelerate market expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, campaign assets, playbooks and case studies.
Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously refining marketing strategies for maximum impact.
Experience
More than 5 years experience in B2C omnichannel marketing, digital advertising or brand management.
Background in retail, consumer tech, e-commerce, vision care or high-growth start-ups is a plus.
Proven ability to create impactful content, including presentations, creative assets and materials.
Strong expertise in marketing strategy, digital and social media.
Creative and data-driven thinker with a results-oriented approach.
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Experience managing media, event and design agencies.
Detail-oriented, ensuring brand consistency across touchpoints.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, lead teams and drive projects.
Exceptional project management and prioritisation skills.
