Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Product Marketing professional to lead marketing initiatives across B2B and B2C channels in Asia. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of industry experience, strong expertise in B2B marketing, and excellent stakeholder management skills. About the Company

A technology and equipment solutions MNC serving both consumer and business markets. They produce printers, label makers, sewing machines, scanners, and industrial equipment, and offer managed print services and business solutions across various industries.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead Regional Product Marketing (B2B & B2C): Develop and localize marketing initiatives, go‑to‑market plans, and customer‑facing content for both B2B and B2C channels across Asia.
  • Collaborate with Sales Offices & Partners: Work closely with regional sales teams, resellers, and partners to implement industry‑specific strategies, promotions, and solution enablement.
  • Product Analysis & Positioning: Conduct product testing, identify strengths and gaps, and translate insights into marketing content and campaigns while supporting inventory and demand planning.
  • Customer Loyalty & Retention: Coordinate loyalty and CRM‑based campaigns, test marketing initiatives, and gather regional insights to improve customer engagement and retention strategies.
  • Regional Coordination & Insights: Act as the central point of contact between HQ and APAC sales offices, building strong relationships, understanding local market needs, and reporting back insights for strategic decisions.
The Talent
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 10 years in product or segment marketing, preferably within copier, printer, or office solutions.
  • B2B Expertise: Solid understanding and hands‑on experience in B2B marketing models.
  • Regional Exposure & Stakeholder Management: Experience managing multi‑country stakeholders in Southeast or East Asia, with strong relationship‑building and influencing skills.
  • Independent & Proactive: Able to work as a sole contributor, showing initiative, problem‑solving, and ownership of projects.
  • Analytical & Technical Skills: Comfortable with product testing, positioning, feedback integration, and familiarity with print solution software is a plus.
