Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to support our branding, communications, and product marketing efforts. This role will be instrumental in driving the revamp of our corporate website, developing marketing collaterals, and strengthening our brand presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal/external stakeholders and to deliver high-quality content and assets that align with our business goals and brand identity.
Job Requirements
- Corporate Branding & Marcom, assist in the development and execution of corporate branding strategies, ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visuals across all communication platforms and materials.
- Support internal and external communications including press releases, newsletters, and campaign messaging.
- Website Revamp & Digital Presence, coordinate and support the revamp of the corporate website, including content planning, wireframing, and stakeholder coordination.
- Conducts an analysis of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
- Product & Solutions Marketing, work with cross-functional teams to understand product value propositions and translate them into compelling marketing messages.
- Research and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
- Marketing Collateral Development, create, update, and maintain product brochures, technical sheets, and company profiles in collaboration with product and sales teams.
- Event & Campaign Support, provide marketing support for trade shows, conferences, customer events, and internal engagement initiatives.
- Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings
- Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
- Builds relationships with external content providers such as publishers to pursue publicity and promotional activities
- Plays an active role in improving the development of customer database
- Assesses marketing-related material quotations and invoices and recommends to higher management the optimum pricing and quality
- Establishes and maintains the ideal working relationships with partner organisations, affiliates, government agencies, the press, reporters, media channels, and other public relations (PR) audiences
- Assists the CEO and the higher-echelon managers with projects and/or other assignments as directed
17. continuously monitoring competitors, their solutions and products, specifications and functionality, warranties, websites, marketing materials, customers, issues, announcements, etc.
Job Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
- Good understanding of branding, corporate identity digital trends and client relationships
- Excellent creativity, adaptability, research, analysis, writing, public speaking, interpersonal communication
- Excellent leadership, people management, and detail-orientated
- Well-versed in marketing budgeting and organisation
- Copywriting skills
- Computer-literate - Microsoft Office, Mac, and Windows OS
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus.
- A team player with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
