Job summary

Qualifications

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Provide technically-informed consultation to clients on mechanical systems, industrial equipment, and engineered solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Prepare and review technical proposals, quotations, and presentations with accurate engineering specifications.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather client feedback to refine business strategies.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and project teams to ensure solutions meet technical and industry requirements.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and report to senior management.
- Ensure excellent after-sales support and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development for mechanical engineering solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, industrial equipment, and engineered solutions.
- Proven ability to provide technical consultation and solutions to clients.
- Track record in leading sales teams and achieving business targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
