The Sales & Marketing Manager – Green Business is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the Company’s Green Food Business in Singapore. This role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, law, or a related discipline, together with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within B2C, food, retail, lifestyle, or sustainability-related businesses. Business-level Japanese and English communication skills are required to work effectively with HQ and regional stakeholders.
The successful candidate will bring proven experience in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, building new business models, managing budgets, and delivering commercial results, with clear ownership of retail sales performance and profitability. A strong customer-focused mindset is essential, with the ability to translate customer insights into commercially viable products, services, and sales initiatives.
Working closely with regional and HQ teams, this role requires a results-driven, collaborative, and adaptable professional who can build trusted internal and external relationships, leverage networks to drive growth, and respond flexibly to changing market conditions. Singapore serves as a pilot market, and the role will support market development and expansion planning into other developed countries.
