Job summary
A leading training organization in Singapore is seeking a Product Trainer (Nutrition) to conduct product trainings and manage inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Nutrition and strong presentation skills. This role offers a dynamic work environment and a chance to work closely with regional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or Tertiary education in Nutrition and/or Dietician is required.
- Good presentation and communication skills are essential.
- Experience in health supplement product registration is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct all in-house and outstation product trainings.
- Handle product inquiries through various communication channels.
- Manage product notifications and registration requirements.
- Work closely with regional offices on training programs.

Product Trainer (Nutrition)
Location: CBD
Working hours: 10am – 7pm (Mon – Fri)
- Conduct all in-house and outstation product trainings to distributors, consumers and employees
- Handles product inquiries of users and distributors through calls, emails or in-person consultation
- Handles and coordinate products reaction cases
- Take control of all product notifications and registration requirement by the authority and making sure that products meet the requirements to be sold in market
- Provide product information for internal and external communications
- Manages training schedule and speaker invitations
- Working closely with regional offices in implementing aligned training programs and developing localized training module and presentation materials
- Bachelor degree or Tertiary education in Nutrition and/or Dietician
- Good presentation and communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office especially, MS Powerpoint
- Experience in training and health supplement product registration is an advantage
- Pleasant and enjoys meeting people
