Job description

Grounded in a talent-centric mindset, Maker Lab is a marketing agency designed to build decentralised technology-led agency teams, rooted in collaboration with clients from the ground up. Maker Lab’s cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary specialists are embedded into client teams across digital marketing competencies — from measurement & analytics to content production.

Role Summary:

Performance Marketing Manager (Fintech) for Singapore & SEA. You’ll own in-house campaign execution across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, driving B2B growth and lead gen. Requires 6+ years’ experience, deep SQL/analytical skills, and a track record of optimising large budgets for high ROI.

Role:
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive B2B growth strategy across multiple channels, ensuring all initiatives align with broader business objectives and customer retention goals.
  • Own the end-to-end, in-house management of Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns, including account structure, keyword setup, creative briefing, and daily bid optimisation.
  • Independently allocate and optimise significant budgets across multiple SEA markets, maintaining a relentless focus on CAC/LTV targets and ROI.
  • Drive a rigorous "test and learn" agenda, including A/B testing of ad creative, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximise performance.
  • Set up and troubleshoot measurement frameworks (GA4, GTM, platform pixels), ensuring data quality, attribution integrity, and seamless CRM integrations.
  • Partner with design and content teams to develop and iterate "thumb-stopping" creative assets that capture attention and drive conversions.
  • Utilise SQL for data extraction and Looker for deep-dive analysis, transforming complex performance trends into actionable insights.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence within the performance marketing function.
You:
  • Minimum 6+ years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, preferably within a high-growth scale‑up or technology environment.
  • Deep technical expertise in managing and optimising digital ad campaigns across SEM, Paid Social, and ABM; you are comfortable working directly in‑platform rather than via agency oversight.
  • Proven track record of managing in‑house campaigns across multiple SEA markets, with direct ownership of large‑scale budgets and pacing.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities, with proficiency in SQL for data extraction and experience using business intelligence tools such as Looker.
  • A customer‑first approach with the ability to tailor complex communications to specific audience segments and profiles.
  • A results‑driven mindset with the ability to dive deep into data while maintaining a strategic, high‑level perspective.
  • Experience working with external partners while retaining strict in‑house ownership of day‑to‑day media buying.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a talent for synthesising complex information for diverse stakeholders.
