Manager Hrm jobs in Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Handle the day-to-day full spectrum of HR matters.
• Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, salary benchmarking, to arranging and conducting interviews.
• Handle Work Pass matters, including Work Permit, S Pass, and EP applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Prepare and conduct new staff onboarding and orientation.
• Monitor staff confirmation and handle disciplinary issues.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Administer medical claims, leave applications, and Time Management HRMS.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A high level of integrity, discretion, and a collaborative attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel.
• Previous internship or relevant HR/administrative experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Chinese and English

8:00am to 5:30pm (Mondays to Fridays)
