Qualifications

Job Responsibilities :
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and senior management in aligning people and HR processes with overall business objectives
- Provide and coach managers and employees on talent reviews, improve individual and team performance
- Collaborate with the different teams in the end to end recruitment process, workforce forecast and help in developing succesion planning
- Will act as in internal consultants, offering expert advise and solutions
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as the main point of contact between the business and the HR function
Job Requirements :
- At least 5 years of relevant HRBP experience in the logistics and supply chai industry
