Job description

This is a HR business partnering role that sits within the People Partners Division. As a People Partner, you will work with departments on various HR matters and be tasked to provide HR advice, guidance and support to several departments.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging leaders in a spectrum of HR functions, including workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, engagement and career development.

  • Engaging employees at all levels on HR-related queries and concerns.

  • Proposing and implementing HR solutions that are staff‑centric while taking into consideration organisational needs, relevant guidelines and best practices.

  • Assisting with reviews into feedback and any allegations of misconduct.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on projects such as career development initiatives, functional competency frameworks and manpower management.

Job Requirements :

  • Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Able to engage and work with all levels of staff.

  • Strategic thinking, with an inquisitive mind set and interest to analyse data, identify trends and recommend solutions.

  • Comfortable with managing diverse views and reconciling differences in opinions to achieve common objectives.

  • Good writing, analytical and presentation skills. Ability to work at both the conceptual and operational levels.

  • Able to work independently as well as in teams.

  • Proactive, customer‑centric and dedicated.

  • Preferably has experience in HR business partnering.
